Most household items are included in the base quote. Specialty items like Freon appliances, tires, paint, and batteries carry a small surcharge because they require separate disposal handling.
Accessibility
Items sitting in a driveway are faster to load than items buried in an attic or a tight basement. The harder it is to reach, the more labor it takes. We factor that into the walk-through so the quote reflects the real scope of work.
Weight & Disposal Fees
Heavier loads like concrete, dirt, and roofing material cost more at the landfill, and that gets factored in. Standard household junk typically stays within normal disposal rates. We’ll flag anything heavy before you commit.
