WillWay Dump & Junk launched in February 2026, but the hustle behind it goes back years. William Theis spent his career doing everything from sales and construction to manual labor and marketing — all the kind of work where you earn your calluses and learn fast that people respect straight talk over sales pitches.
The business started when William traded in a Polaris RZR — a toy that cost more than it returned — for a 1995 1-ton dump truck and got to work hauling junk. The why was simple: two kids had changed everything. It was time to build something worth passing on. Not a job. A legacy.
Today WillWay serves Princeton, Farmersville, Sherman, Frisco, Richardson, and surrounding communities throughout Collin and Grayson Counties.
