Agreement to Terms

By using our website, booking a service, or hiring us for any job, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree with anything here, please don’t use our site or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone else who accesses our website at www.WillWayDumpNJunk.com or uses our dumpster rental and junk removal services.

Services Overview

WillWay Dump & Junk provides two core services across Collin County, Grayson County, and surrounding areas in North Texas:

  • Dumpster Rental: We deliver and pick up roll-off dumpsters in multiple sizes for residential and commercial projects — renovations, cleanouts, roofing jobs, construction, and more
  • Junk Removal: Our crew comes to your location, loads up the items you want gone, and hauls everything away — furniture, appliances, yard debris, garage cleanouts, estate cleanups, and general junk

Service availability, pricing, and scheduling depend on your location and the scope of the job. Not every service is available in every area at every time.

Dumpster Rental Terms

Rental Period

Standard rental periods are outlined at the time of booking. Need the dumpster longer? Just call us. Extensions are usually available for an additional daily fee. Additional days past the original agreed-upon rental period are automatically billed to the CC on file. If a dumpster is not called in for pickup within 7 days past the agreed rental period, additional charges may apply.

Placement & Access

You’re responsible for providing a safe, accessible placement location for the dumpster. That means a flat, stable surface with enough overhead clearance and room for our truck to maneuver. If the dumpster is placed on a public street or right-of-way, you’re responsible for obtaining any required permits from your city or county.

Driveway Note: Roll-off dumpsters are heavy. While we take care during delivery, WillWay Dump & Junk is not responsible for cosmetic damage to driveways, pavement, or landscaping caused by normal dumpster placement and removal. If you’re concerned about your driveway, let us know and we can discuss placement options.

Weight Limits

Every dumpster has a weight limit based on its size. We’ll let you know your limit at the time of booking. If the load exceeds the included weight allowance, overage charges apply based on the extra tonnage. We weigh every load at the disposal facility and provide a weight ticket on order.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed in any dumpster and must not be loaded under any circumstances without prior communication and authorization. Additional fees will be automatically billed to the credit card on file at the end of service:

  • Hazardous materials (chemicals, solvents, pesticides, oil, fuel)
  • Paint, stains, and lacquers (liquid form)
  • Tires
  • Batteries (car batteries, lithium-ion, etc.)
  • Refrigerators, freezers, or any appliance containing refrigerant (unless properly drained and certified)
  • Medical waste or sharps
  • Asbestos-containing materials
  • Electronics (TVs, monitors) in jurisdictions where e-waste disposal is regulated
  • Hot ashes, coals, or flammable materials

If prohibited items are found in the dumpster, you’ll be responsible for any additional disposal fees, landfill surcharges, or penalties we incur as a result. Deliberately hidden items within the dumpster will be subject to an additional $200 fee.

Overfilling

Debris must not extend above the top edge of the dumpster walls. Overfilled dumpsters can’t be transported safely or legally. If we arrive for pickup and the dumpster is overfilled, we may need to ask you to remove excess material before we can haul it. Additional fees may apply for overfilled loads.

Junk Removal Terms

How It Works

Our junk removal service is simple. You point, we load, we haul. Our crew arrives at the scheduled time, assesses the items to be removed, confirms pricing with you on-site, and gets to work. We handle the heavy lifting — you don’t need to move anything to the curb or pre-sort your stuff.

On-Site Pricing & Estimates

Junk removal is priced based on the volume of items removed and the type of material involved. Phone and online estimates are approximate. The final price is confirmed on-site before any work begins. Once you approve the price and we start loading, that price stands — no surprises after the fact.

No hidden fees. What we quote on-site is what you pay. The price covers labor, hauling, and disposal. You don’t pay extra for stairs, tight spaces, or heavy items unless the scope changes after work begins.

What We Remove

We haul a wide range of residential and commercial junk, including but not limited to:

  • Furniture (couches, mattresses, dressers, tables, desks, chairs)
  • Appliances (washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, microwaves, water heaters)
  • Yard waste and outdoor debris (branches, brush, soil, landscaping material)
  • Garage and shed cleanouts
  • Estate cleanouts and hoarding situations
  • Construction and renovation debris (drywall, lumber, tile, carpet)
  • Hot tubs and play equipment
  • Exercise equipment
  • General household clutter and miscellaneous junk

What We Don’t Remove

The same prohibited items that can’t go in our dumpsters also apply to junk removal jobs:

  • Hazardous chemicals, solvents, or fuel
  • Liquid paint, stains, or lacquers
  • Asbestos-containing materials
  • Medical waste or sharps
  • Tires (in most cases — call us to discuss)
  • Anything actively leaking, contaminated, or biohazardous

If you’re unsure whether we can take something, just call us at (940) WILLWAY. We’d rather answer the question up front than find out on-site.

Access & Safety

You’re responsible for providing safe access to the items being removed. That means clear pathways, unlocked gates, and letting us know about anything that could be a hazard (low ceilings, unstable flooring, pest issues, etc.). If our crew determines that a job is unsafe — structurally, environmentally, or otherwise — we reserve the right to decline the work or modify the scope.

Property & Belongings

Once an item is loaded onto our truck with your approval, it’s gone. We are not responsible for items removed at your direction. Please double-check that everything being hauled away is actually something you want gone. We donate and recycle when possible, but we can’t guarantee recovery of any item once it leaves your property.

Once items are loaded and the truck leaves your property, we cannot retrieve or return them. Please confirm all items before our crew loads them.

Damage During Removal

Our crew takes care when removing items from your home or property. However, moving large, heavy, or awkward items through tight spaces involves some risk. WillWay Dump & Junk is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or minor cosmetic marks (scuffs, scratches) that may occur during the removal process in tight areas. If you’re concerned about a specific area, let our crew know before work begins so we can take extra precautions.

Pricing & Payment

All quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time of booking. Final pricing is based on the actual work performed, materials hauled, and disposal fees incurred.

  • Dumpster Rental: Pricing is based on dumpster size, rental duration, weight included, and delivery distance from Princeton, TX. Overage charges apply if you exceed the weight limit, are beyond our typical service area, or require special accommodation in regards to the times we drop off or pick up your dumpster.
  • Junk Removal: Pricing is based on the volume of junk removed and the type of materials. Final price is confirmed on-site before work begins.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. A credit card on file is required for all rental agreements. This credit card will also be used for additional fees, services, or damages done to the dumpster.

Cancellation Policy

We get it — plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled service typically incur no fee. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a trip fee to cover our time and fuel.

If a dumpster has already been delivered and you cancel the rental early, standard delivery and pickup fees still apply.

Liability & Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WillWay Dump & Junk, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our services or website
  • Prohibited items placed in a dumpster or presented for junk removal
  • Inaccurate information you provided about the job site or scope of work
  • Injuries or damages resulting from unsafe site conditions you failed to disclose
  • Permit violations for dumpster placement on public property

Limitation of Liability

WillWay Dump & Junk’s total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, property damage beyond the scope of our work, or delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites (booking platforms, social media, review sites, etc.). We don’t control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of use.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from your use of our website or services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Collin County, Texas — not through a court trial or class action. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting each other directly. Most issues can be worked out with a phone call.

Force Majeure

We’re not liable for delays or failure to perform our services due to events beyond our reasonable control. That includes severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government actions, labor shortages, equipment failure, pandemics, or any other event that makes it impractical or impossible to deliver the service as scheduled.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the rest of the Terms remain in full effect. The invalid portion will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
